After Excellent Reports from Erich and East Coast Captains Lou and Nick, Ecc Mate Brandon Lake invited me out to sea trial the 21 reg for the season. Despite the new cold front and 20kt + winds we managed to boat dozens of fish in only 2 hours on aggressive surface schools of mixed bass and small bluefish. We also poked around and found massive schools of menhaden. We swiched tactics near the larger bait working sub surface pencils and were able to land a few larger more photogenic fish. Boat ran great and were crossing our fingers that this trending of new fish continues over the next few weeks!
