June 16th 2012 Bass Fishing with the Navy

After fridays successful trip with out the electronics, I started the next trip off on a much better foot. Running the trip on ECC Mate Brandon Lake's 21 Regulator, I was honored to take out 2 USN Senior Chiefs for a day of bass fishing on ...the upper bay. It was hands down the most intense action of the season to date. In the very first 2 hours we had over 20 bass to boat between 29 adn 35inches. Not Giagantic but good stuff on light tackle and we literally had fish landed for all 8hours of the full day trip. Great day on the water with some of our nations heros!

June 15th 2012 More upper bay Bass action

Interesting start to to the weekend, Took Anglers Matt Cyr and his co-worker Vlad out on a half day bass trip. The catch being that the boat had no fishfinder. After grinding it out on basics and comparing my logs to the tides, we were able to make it happen with some nice upper bay bass.

June 12 and 13 2012 Scouting trips

Ran Scouting trips with ECC Crew Brandon Lake and Joe Martins on consecutive days found some nice fish and then some REALLY nice fish!

June 10th Chin Brothers round 2 for 2012

On June 10th its was round 2 with the Chin brothers for 2012. Conditions were different this time around for these two seasoned ECC veterans. After making short work of bait collection, we moved into deeper water and deployed some of our de...ep water stratagies for Bass. Working with our team mates Brandon, Brian and Sach the action was fast and furious all morning. Not a lot of Giant fish but the shear number made up for the size. Most of the fish were between 30 and 35 inches. And almost every hook up was a double! We had a slight lull in the action around the slack tide but right before time was up we had a switch in the tide and were able to put on a last minute clinic in the busy water to round off another great day on the water.

June 8th 2012 Trip on "your vessel" with Terrance Boylan

T. Boylan had us run his boat on June 8th to show his Client Bob from florida what Striped Bass Fishing in RI was all about. Got on the bait and fish early. Then had a dry spell of a couple hours trying to crack the code. Then just like we always do we got back on the fish. Limiting the entire crew out with nice fish and even landing 2 monster blues into the teens.
